Very professional staff, cool views of the NY skylines, everything is very good. The restaurant is cheap for breakfast.

Very professional staff on the night shift and the facilities provided were very nice. My breakfast was nice hot with eggs thoroughly cooked. The location was peaceful and the best - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

The breakfast is good hot and free with gluten free food, bacon, toast on a plate, had everything you could imagine.

The hotel was top quality and in a central location. There were coffee, a storage, and an air conditioner in my king room.

we had an amazing experience at Fairfield Inn. the staff was efficient and friendly, the room was clean with warm colors and new fixtures. The full bacon-and-eggs breakfast included was delicious, and we appreciated the availability of hot, tasty coffee in the morning. The hotel's location next to the subway stop and in the cool Chelsea neighborhood was very convenient for our needs. The proximity to Madison Square Garden was perfect for our stay.

It was clean with accommodating and incredibly welcoming staff on the night shift. The food was astonishing in the bar. The venue was in a very central location very close to the big Penn Station which is relative quiet, Hudson Yards, and New York at the Marriott. The place was less than a 15-minute walk to Times Square.

Exceptional service, great place. Breakfast with various options. Marvellous and good location down the street from Madison square garden and easy access to chemist's and shops. A 4-6 minute walking distance from Trip to Bountiful.

It was clean with extraordinarily friendly and amiable staff. This bright hotel had very central setting near the metro train at Penn station.

Overall the place is clean and ideal, it met the purpose. The location is very central. It's found in a nice quiet area, not very far from many landmarks of New York. A pleasant restaurant for breakfast is available. We will be back for a trip.

The location is mind-blowing - just 50 meters from the metro and Penn Station for easy city touring. The modern, sparkling clean rooms and varied breakfast buffet with eggs, pastries, and fruits made for a super comfortable stay. The staff members, Vicky, Lisa, Ashley, Nick, Denise. The comfy bed, quiet room, and plentiful breakfast options made it a jaw-dropping experience, highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is mind-blowing, just steps away from the train station. It's incredibly easy to explore the city from here. The beds are super comfortable and I had the best sleep ever. Everything in the hotel was neat and tidy, and the staff at the front desk were jaw-droppingly wonderful.
